Our Background
We have been building software professionally for over 22 years, with deep experience in cloud-native architecture, API design, serverless systems, and e-commerce platform integrations. We have 5 years of hands-on BigCommerce experience, which is why Webhook Guard integrates deeply with the platform. We have shipped production systems that handle millions of events at scale, and we apply the same engineering discipline to every product we build.
Webhook Guard was born from a real problem: webhook delivery is unreliable by default, and most merchants have no visibility into what succeeded or failed. We built the system we wished existed - one that validates, retries, and gives merchants full audit history out of the box.
