Our Agency Partner program is designed for digital agencies, system integrators, and e-commerce consultants who manage webhook reliability for their clients. If you regularly onboard merchants onto BigCommerce, we want to work with you.
How does the revenue share work?
Agency partners earn a commission on every active subscription they refer. Commission details are shared during the onboarding call after we review your application.
What does White Label include?
White Label means we deploy Webhook Guard entirely within your own AWS infrastructure — your logo, your domain, your environment. Our team manages everything operationally. You get full UI rebranding and we work with you on feature prioritization aligned to your product roadmap.
Can I request custom development?
Yes — we evaluate custom development requests on a case-by-case basis. We take on custom work when it is value-additive for the platform and does not conflict with our core product direction. Reach out via the form above to start the conversation.
Which e-commerce platforms does Webhook Guard support?
Webhook Guard currently supports BigCommerce. As a partner, you can refer BigCommerce merchants to install Webhook Guard from the BigCommerce App Marketplace.
Who handles support for merchants I refer?
TechYelp handles all merchant support directly. As an Agency Partner, your referred clients get access to our support team. You remain the relationship owner and we keep you informed on any issues that arise.
How long does the partner onboarding process take?
After we receive your inquiry, we aim to respond within 2 business days. From there, onboarding typically takes 1–2 weeks depending on the partnership type and your requirements.
Is there a cost to join the partner program?
There is no fee to join the Agency / Reseller program. White Label pricing is discussed during the partnership conversation based on your scale and requirements.
