Information Collection

• Webhook payloads: We temporarily process and store webhook payloads to relay them to your system and keep delivery logs.
• Account details: We store minimal identifying information retrieved via OAuth for user administration.
• API Keys & Logs: We keep secure logs of configuration changes and event flows.

Information Usage

We use the information strictly to provide, maintain, and improve the Webhook Guard service. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to third parties. Webhook payload data is retained up to 90 days for audit and debugging purposes before being securely deleted.

Data Security

We employ industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit, and secure infrastructure boundaries for data at rest. We protect API keys and tokens stringently.

Your Rights

You have the right to request access to the data we store about you or request its deletion. When you uninstall Webhook Guard, we permanently delete your webhook configurations and stored event data automatically. To request access to or deletion of your data, contact us at support@techyelp.com.
