What is Webhook Guard?

Webhook Guard sits between your e-commerce platform (Shopify or BigCommerce) and your servers. When you add an integration and select topics, Webhook Guard automatically creates and manages the webhook subscriptions on your platform — no manual setup in your control panel needed. Your platform sends those events directly to Webhook Guard, which verifies each one, forwards it to your configured endpoints, and automatically retries any failed deliveries — so you never silently lose an order or an update. This guide walks through each screen of the app.
